30 for 30 Research: J Crew

Hello, my name is Jackie and I'm a clothesaholic.

I have a walk in dressing room and I still don't have space for all of my clothes.  And yet, I have nothing to wear.  As I've become more and more addicted to style blogs over the last year, you would've thought that this would change.  That I would be inspired by my closet and have an amazing time each morning as I walk around sipping a mug of coffee gazing lovingly at my clothes as perfect outfits fall from the racks and puppies from the sky.

This is the furthest thing from the truth.

A typical morning includes me scrambling to put on clothes that kinda match or sorta look good or are comfortable and yet presentable enough for work.  I dread it.

Kendi from Kendi Everyday is hosting another 30 for 30 challenge.  It starts next Monday so, hypothetically speaking, I have all week plus the weekend to prepare.  I am doing this in an attempt to start making the most of what I own and stop shopping like a crazy person.

Over this week, I'll do research in order to prepare for this challenge and here's the kicker: I'm going to use things I already have.

Today's research is from J Crew and here are a few things that are possibilities for my 30 items:

TO BE MADE:

I'll be working on gathering my clothes and getting them presentable for the 30 item reveal this weekend.  Tomorrow's inspiration?  Madewell!
