Maybe it's because this is the first house I've lived in since I was 18, but I've never had to dress a double windowed wall before and it's more tricky than I originally thought.
Here's the fabric that I'm going to use, and at $7.75/yd from Texas Susannies, it's relatively affordable (and if I ever get bored of it, I can take them down and make pretty accent pillows).
While I've decided on the fabric and that I do indeed want to use a valance to define the top edge, I'm still having a hard time figuring out how many panels to use and whether or not to edge the curtains in the same gray fabric as the valance. Here are the options I've looked at:
I think two panels with inside or outside edging is what I'm going to do. It's easy to test out both options once I get the edging on by just switching the left and right curtains.
